Motorcycle Firstaid Checklist

From the M/C Checklists Web page.

This is a checklist for a very comprehensive motorcycle first aid kit. The original list came from Dr. Brent Blue. He explains why each item is included, and how it is used. This version allows you to customize and print your own checklist for building such a firstaid kit.

Here's how it works:

  1. Uncheck the checkboxes of the items you do not plan to include. (This is easier than having to check the boxes of the things you do want).
  2. Use the blank items at the end of each section to add special items which don't appear in the given list.
  3. your options (font, size, title, etc.)
  4. Click the  Make a Checklist  button at the bottom of the page and you will get a custom page suitable for printing.

Hint #1: The checklist will appear in a separate window, so you can keep this window open and tweak the options until the final result looks like you want.

Hint #2: Save the final HTML page via the FILE -- SAVE AS menu function. That way you can reprint it whenever you like without having to come back here to regenerate it.

Hint #3: Annotate the list as you use it to add missing items, or delete items you didn't use. That way you can refine your list and make it better. The "two checkbox" option gives you a way to mark the items you actually used, not just put in the kit.
