I have an SS2r, no problems with the collector baffle as I think I have one 
of the later ones where they did a better job welding them in. The fit is 
good, it looks good and it sounds good. I have a CF can with a race baffle 
that I modified for better flow. It's a little louder than an aluminum can, 
street baffled system but it's not obnoxious. Attached is a pic of how it 
looks on the bike.
