Yep its true, but they have had  the  same basic law in effect for cars for 
years, but they dont enforce it real hard,  if you dont go wailing past a LEO 
you wont have any trouble, and when they did a  piece about it on the news they 
more or less said it was due to the Hardlys  blasting through neiborhoods at 
3 am.
