help identify mystery GPz washer

RING-O, HEAD COVER BOLT  - 92055-1352

Goes under the valve cover bolt.  There are six of them under the six 
valve cover bolts.  You just had one fal;l out somewhere.  Shouldn't be 
too terrible to fix.
