where does this bracket go?

I guess that's possible... but I didn't remove the radiator or any of the bolts.

I believe it's designed to fold over on itself so one bolt/screw goes
through both holes and it makes a loop. I guess I'll know if some hose
or wiring somewhere breaks. LOL
