Wow, that is good to know that a Beemer is not the holy grail!
So, since I have WAY too much time on hands,
I found some Hunnan honeys, er Formosa fun girls, you know Taiwain toys, here:
"Just like Honey"

Jerry, I'll take the Hunnan honey - you can keep the Beemer..
It was a rental thank God..
This is what I mailed to Rob
In short I didn't like much about it. I liked the adjustable windshield
and the seat was
comfy and computer readout was neat, lockable hard luggage was nice but that
The bike with luggage was too top heavy for me, even on the sport setting
the front wheel seemed light and never seemed connected to the road, the
seat height was too tall and it made a perfect sail in cross winds.
I don't like the boxer engine - I got used to the vibes, but it just
doesn't have the snap of the GPZ.
The throttle and front brake was not progressive. The mirrors don't allow
you to see directly behind you. Want me to go on?
For a bigger rider I'm sure it's a different story, but I was glad to
back to the Geepster..
