Jerry,

The Swarthmore students are working on true fuel cell technology 
(hydrogen>electricity), whereas the KTM video (from 
www.highperformancefuelcells.com is an HHO generator, e.g. a water 
hydrolysis unit run by electricity from the vehicle's battery/generator 
system and injected into the carburetor to supplement the existing 
hydrocarbon fuel/air mixture.

Just wanted to point out the dissimilarity between the two.
