Seats and tools

There are 2 smaller allen head bolts on each side of the wheel, that clamp 
the main axle shaft.  Loosen them first. If you still have the original 
tools under the seat then there should be an allen key to fit the small 
bolts.  I believe the axle shaft is a 12 mm.
