No, the "R" was the first that had mid-controls, then it was discontinued
and they put them on the "D". Now there are no mid-control Vrods which is a
real shame IMHO as I just can't deal with the sofa-style riding position.

Nice. I have a D with the V&H VRSC 2 into 1 that looks pretty much like
