Hello, Is anyone home?

I havent done no where near as much riding as I would have liked to, but cash was a probelm & needed to do a few things to my bike, not rode much because of my completely worn out chain, it was causing vibration problems & clicking really bad, it had 3 major tight spots, but new chain, & lowered, fixed my clutch lever which previous owner had bent & was hurting my hand when pulled it for any time at stoplights.

I have had alot more rain this year than what I consider normal & that put some damper on my riding plus I hurt my back & didnt get on it for right at 3 weeks.

I am pushing around 4,000 miles for the season. wish it was double that.

I been on the blue ridge parkway quite a few times this year, but I only live 20 miles from the parkway & I shop in Floyd VA alot think, we went to Mabrys mill 3 times in 1 week on my vacation, didnt have the cash to really travel, so made the best of it & enjoyed my local rides.

anyway I havent raised my handle bars yet, thats my next project, plus maybe finding a corbin seat or rear luggage rack or welding one up.

anyway everyboby be safe & have a great riding season.

Later,
Randy

I'm hoping everyone is out riding and having a great summer, because
this list is dead.

Not much to report for me.  Just got back from a family vacation week
in Durango and will likely ride the GPZ there and back next weekend.
Too much fresh new pavement between Durango, Silverton and Ouray to
ignore and I want to get some corners in this season.  I've cancelled
my around the state GPZ ride in favor of spending a week camping out
and exploring the high mountain passes around Silverton, Ouray, and
Telluride on my WR450.  Should be fun.

BTW, the Oxford heated grips work extremely well and my installation
issue turned out to be a bent pin.  Once I straightened the pin, they
work very well and I am very satisfied with the performance.  I'll
give them a more thorough test riding to Durango and back in a
weekend.  :)
