Petcock issue

You should have put an inline filter when you got the bike.  Its damn cheap 
insurance.  You could just have a load of crap in your carburators.  You can 
also get this problem if the air vent in your fuel filler cap is clogged or 
covered.  I have my bike die or me 3 times before I figured out to lift my 
tank bag.
