when you put it up on the centerstand and spin the wheel with it in neutral 
how does it look? Also what kind of chain did you put on it? A real good X 
Ring? Or a non X or O ring chain? In neutral on the centerstand if the chain 
is bouncing all over the place when you spin it by hand , showing huge 
differences in slack then its the chain.
