GPZList Digest, Vol 78, Issue 2

Well....I didn't really start the thread to start an oil war.  Just wanted to make sure I won't ruin the new friction plates as soon as I get them in the bike.
I just spent the best week of the year (so far) driving the Jeep and have been jonseing for a ride.
Unfortunately, the place I ordered the plates from didn't understand the concept of "2-day shipping", and when I complained, they came off with some BS excuse:
"I apologize for that inconvenience, but the order will arrive within the
estimated time that Amazon offers. Under inspection of your item, I see that it
was on back order and would have taken an additional three to four days without
the extra two-day shipping you paid for. Please expect it between Monday, May 6,
and Tuesday, May 7, and contact us if you have any other concerns. "

1) the website said there were two in stock
2) if it would have take the extra days due to backorder, how it is you got them to UPS the SAME DAY I ordered them?

It's really sad how companies just don't seem to care about their customers anymore.

Anywho...back to the debate.  :)

They only start an oil thread to stir things up. Always works but nobody switches they oil they use. Rotella vs the world!
