I don't think your body could do 1 hour stints (unless you tried it) at race
pace.
40 minutes was it for us. Six total rotations.
You need a quickfill. That's how the race is won or lost. Fast (very)
pitstops.
If you're loading with a 5 gal jug, you'll lose.
