Help with water leak

Have you looked at the seal between block and the cylinder Water in the oil.

Also the water pump seal.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I pulled the rear exhaust header and the port is nice a black, no 
indication of water vapor steam cleaning like a head gasket leak would 
show.   Now back to square one. Water getting into oil somehow when 
motor is not, but no oil in cooling system.
