low power and brake issue

There have been many many dyno runs showing the stock needle and jets 
make more power than dynojet.    run stock needles, 146-150 mains ( 
remember, stock air filter0 and shim the needles 40 thou. That is 
pretty much an industry standard with full exhaust.
