WTB custom rearset adapter

I'm not sure what you guys are looking at.

I just called and the (very nice and helpful) product specialist there
told me they do not have what I'm looking for . . . She said I might
have been confusing one of the pieces of the modular rearsets they
sell as if it was an adapter plate.
