Differences between the '03 and '05-08 motor

Pretty sure the dual-plug addition came out in 2007 and I understand
from one of Zee SV guys that the 03 cases are specific to that year as
is the 03 counter shaft (24210-19F00 vs 24120-27G00). 2005 also
got the updated shift star and bits.
