Gen front end price?

I have a gen 1 front end, complete with Traxxion springs, Traxxion modified
emulator, preload adjusters, triples and axle. Forks were just rebuilt by
Traxxion Dynamics with no ride time on them.

A friend of mine just bent his front end in a silly lowside and may want to
buy it.

What's a fair price. He's a good friend and I'm not looking to make $$ off
of him, just want a fair price.
