rear shock conflicts with sidestand...

I finally upgraded to a Penske on the street bike.  Unfortunately the  
much taller Penske pushed down the triple-whatever thing at the bottom  
and the sidestand won't mount back up.  Look at the picture -- I'm  
using a single bolt to hold the sidestand on.  Any good ideas on how  
to solve this?
