I'll offer up another stock motor dyno chart....from my bike. :)

style. First column is RPM. Second column is HP. Third column is torque.
The next two columns are in a different way of calculating these numbers.
This was done on a SuperFlow dyno last February with 87 Chevron gas with 13k
street miles on the bike. Around here that means it has 10% ethonal.
As you can see I don't gain much HP after 9k RPM but enough for me to just
keep the hammer down until I see myself getting close to 10k.
