Got a first gen 650 which is surges and drops out at neutral throttle. Lower rpm's are ok but higher rpm's make the throttle response surge and drop put badly. Bike is also idling rough. It only sat for one month so fuel is not too old. Besides the carbs, what else could cause this ? Thanks!
