repair freeze plugs?

I think my motor just blew it's freeze plugs. we've had a spell of bone-chilling weather here in DC recently (10F) and now I've got a good amount of fluid all over the place.

I guess next time I won't keep the track-safe coolant (purple glycol) in the bike but change it out with normal glycol+water.

So where are the plugs now and how much of a job is it to reinstall them?
