newbie questions

To everyone recommending 25w fork oil... who makes/sells that stuff?
Looking around online, seems like most manufacturers (Maxima,
Silkolene, Motorex, Belray, etc) make 20wt, but the next option is
30wt.  Are people mixing 20wt & 30wt 50/50 to make 25?   I assume you
wouldn't want to mix oil from different manufacturers?
