I agree. Folding is just hiding the extra unnecesary text. That's not
the same as trimming it. It still consumes the bandwidth. Oh and by
the way Google didn't invent folding text. The text editor I use has
been doing it (and in a terminal shell) for, oh, about 10 years or
more.
