Cam chain tensioners

Ernie,

I couldn't find any adjustment instructions on the APE website. Could you
post a link as I'm sure left to my own judgement they would be too tight.

Is it possible to buy replacement "bolts" for the APE tensioners when they 
wear out or do people just make their own?
