Refilling radiator

fill it up to the brim of the radiator, dont worry about the water 
pump.  Start it and let it get to 180 when the thermostat opens, then 
add fluid if the level drops as it starts circulating in the block.  
The water pump moves so little water at cranking rpm you might as well 
not bother.
