Very new, looking for a front end

Hello, I'm Kyle, and I just recently took the MSF class and got my
license.  My first bike is going to be a 2003 SV650.  It was in an
accident and needs some work done on the front brake and the shocks
are a little rusted so it was suggested that I simply replace the
whole front end because apparently there may be some on the market due
to people replacing them for racing.  Any tips or info on where I
might find one for this bike?
