I really love this bike. Bought it new in 1993 as my first bike (after renting for a couple of years). Bike does everything i want. Handels ok, fast top speed, great with passenger and reliable. Drove it all over Europe from Italy, Tcheck Rep to the Outher Hebrides in Scotland. I think i will never sell it!

Also, starting to push a bit of oil...maybe time to take it into Zolli at Sherwood Motorcycle for some TLC. 2006 - My baby spent the winter in pieces...but it all worked out. Previous owner never winterized properly...so we had rings of fire around all the cylinders. Bored out, new sleeves, new pistons and WOW. Thanks to Zoli at Sherwood Park Motorcyles!!! Huge problems in 2006. Transmission (I think) clunks at low speed..all gears. Zoli had it tore down but nothing wrong. HMMM...might be time to send it down the road..HELP if you have any insights. | |||
