I've used DHL for a front cutaway of a vehicle from Alabama before and they were cheap. 
You'll probably have to remove the fuel tank and send it separately as well as drain all fluids, remove the plastic then strap it to a skid on it's side.
There are specialized bike shippers out there but you'll pay big to have it crated.

  I'd like to report, that if all goes well, I may have bought this bike that was on Craigs list. The only catch is that it's not in Pittsburg, PA, it's in Pittsburg, CA. The difference one letter can make! So, does anybody have any experience with motorcycle shippers? Who's the cheapest reliable ones, etc.? Thanks again.
