Fork swap?

Sorry for the resurrection of an old thread... does anyone know if the
ZZR1200 forks will fit the GPz? The ZZR has cartridges (pretty crappy
ones, but probably better than damper rods...) and the 2004-2005
version has damping in addition to preload adjustability. I suppose
nobody would actually know unless they've done it, and I don't know of
anyone who has... but ZZR front ends are pretty cheap right now. Just
curious.
