Art,

Here's what a plastic welder in experienced hands can do (certainly not 
mine).  As with most things in life, it's not as easy as the pros make it 
look.  If plastic welding is as variable and intricate as metal welding, I'm 
guessing that it takes a good long time to get it down pat.
