EBAY- Throttle cables

I just took a look at the cables on my bike Pete, and I'm pretty sure the one on top is the choke. Both my throttle cables have that bent steel piece at the one end.

Hello... Echo...anyone out there?
Can anyone tell by looking at the pic on item  220314739483 if they are both 
throttle cables or is one the choke cable?
Gotta change my gear linkage too - too much play causing it to be difficult 
to change  up..
Not too much original stuff left on the bike..
