tech help needed ASAP Please: location of speedo cable bracket?

Hi,
Can someone take a quick look near the steering head and let me know
whether the black wire bracket for the speedo drive goes over or under
the brake coupler?

You know what... never mind, because you won't be able to see it
unless you remove the horn bracket and air dam thing. So I'll guess it
goes over the coupler.
