I made the mistake once to take off from home in "uncertain"
conditions (as said, anything but CAVOK). I found myself on the next
high pass with snow clogging up on the helmet. That was *not* funny.
No problems riding (the ground was warm) but I did not get to install
the TACAN yet ;-)
