VMax fuel fill fix

The solution for the fuel fill was solved a long time ago by VMax listers. 
It involves adding a common plumbing adapter/extension a marine deck fill to 
the filler neck to bring it right up to the level of the flap.

They have a little flap, like the one covering where you insert the back 
rest, that you lift up, and there's a deep hole that you have to reach down 
into to unscrew the cap. I could barely get my hand in there let along turn 
the cap. That's really the one thing that I don't like about that bike.
