Emissions mess

Now if someone could come over to my place. My carbs need rebuilt and my jet kit installed.
First time ever for me, I pulled the carbs yesterday and what a BIATCH! Scary part will be getting it all back in...
I found out that my bike does not have a silencer, which can only mean one thing. CA model. Even though it was imported to Boise and then shipped to Tacoma.
So what in all this mess of emissions stuff do I have to keep? I wanna ditch it all. I have little canister(S), hoses, stuff coming from the tank, going to the fairing... I really just want to pull it all out.
So perhaps some of you can tell me what to yank and what to leave. Also, I have the block off plates yet uninstalled...
Regards-
J
