2nd last ride of the year

Boy, that is one good looking bike. Trouble for me is the riding position after riding sport bike style for so many years, feels like I am leaning too far back. Makes cornering "sketchy", as my son would say. Not confidence-inspiring, leaning back like that. I did test ride on a Victory Hammer last Dec. and although it had decent power (not near my GPz), and handled ok, I found myself skootching far forward to try to get my weight up and over the front more as I tried to get more speed into and out of turns. Until my wrists/arms give out, I'll stay with the forward weight bias. If nothing else, I'd possibly go back to the "standard" bike riding position, which put the pegs almost directly under you, sort of a neutral weight balance. Just my $.02 FWIW...
