             Hey Charles,

         When are you going to do the WR ride ? I just bought my plated and titled KLX back from the neglectful SOB I sold it to, he had pretty much left it sit in his back yard and let his dogs use it for a chew toy for the last 2 years, I got a new seat for it and cleaned out the fuel system, got it running yesterday, just need a right side fork guard and it will be trail ready again .
       I just got back in from doing our northern loop with Ken, 34 to Estes, over trail ridge, up 125 to walden, back down 14 and accross Stove Prarie road, right at 300 miles. 
        Ken was on his spankin new Ducati Multistrada, that thing is sweet, but too many electronics for me, it doesnt even have a throttle cable, but it does have adjustable horsepower and suspension at the push of a button.
      We had a small group ride that was supposed to be heading for Durango, but everyone except me and ken flaked so we just did the loop instead.

Not much to report for me.  Just got back from a family vacation week
n Durango and will likely ride the GPZ there and back next weekend.
oo much fresh new pavement between Durango, Silverton and Ouray to
gnore and I want to get some corners in this season.  I've cancelled
y around the state GPZ ride in favor of spending a week camping out
nd exploring the high mountain passes around Silverton, Ouray, and
elluride on my WR450.  Should be fun.
BTW, the Oxford heated grips work extremely well and my installation
ssue turned out to be a bent pin.  Once I straightened the pin, they
ork very well and I am very satisfied with the performance.  I'll
ive them a more thorough test riding to Durango and back in a
eekend.  :)
