Fw: cranberry recipe

With Steve mentioning the corned beef hash I decided to make some for 
breakfast.  I was out of corned beef but Montreal smoked meat made a great 
substitution.
I should be off the IV Monday.  I don't know if I can get any multiple day 
rides in but maybe several 500 km day trips from home before the bikes go 
into hibernation.
