Spit sputter STINK

The white crap is definately from alcohol.  More specific, ethanol
additives.  I'm betting the guy who I bought the boat from last year used to
put ethanol mixed fuel in it.  That's a BAD combo for a boat.  It's almost
impossible to not have at least a little bit of water in the gas...   And
for the bikes, a nice humid day would definately cause the carbs to
condensate, dripping water in the bowls.  Making lots of nasty crap grow in
em!
