Well after pondering the subject I called EBC and discovered that both the GPZ rear rotor and ZX11 rotor are the same OD. So I would think it would be a simple swap and you would not need to change the caliper and hanger. The sprocket and sprocket hub are the same. ZX11 rear wheels are much more plentiful than the GPZ rear.
