Squeaky back brake

I thought I'd throw this out before I start looking for the root cause. My back brake squeaks at all application pressures. The PO had neew pads and Rotor sold and installed by the Stealership. 
I'm guessing they forgot some sort of backer on the pads. Anybody have a quick solution ?
