Thanks for the replies regarding the camshaft.

There were no camshafts to be found in North or South America, nor in Canada.
eBay and internet searches found nothing stateside either.  I did find some ZX-11 cams on eBay, but I didn't want to mess with jetting or anything else.

Europe turned out to be much better, and I found a brand new camshaft at a place called Consolidated Motor Spares in the Netherlands (https://www.cmsnl.com) 
I'll have it by Monday night, and should have the bike back by next weekend.

BTW - they do have new coils and igniters in stock, although you may not like the price (I didn't).
