Good to know..

You need the unit we built a couple of years ago & I just finished.  I 
have a 40' x 32' 3 bay garage.  with a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd 
floor.
The apartment actually has more floor space than the house we raised 
the family in.  Then I also am using a 3 bay drive shed on a farm down 
the road for boats trailers & lumber.
I had 5 properties and got down to 2 but I can't store anything on the 
island with the cabin.
