Dragon harassment

They do that here all the time, especially on I-70 near my 
office.  They call it a "Safety Enforcement Zone".  While I 
would normally call it a "Revenue Enhancement Zone", the 
area they do it on is a steep downhill and too frequently 
the truck drivers don't believe the warning signs about 
using lower gears and going slow down the hill.  

About a month ago one crashed just short of a runaway truck 
ramp a few miles from here and both he and his truck were 
thoroughly toasted by the resulting fire.  There's still a 
big black area in the highway and the hillside is black and 
burned.  Times like this, I understand.  Stuff like happens 
in the Dragon is pure bullsh*t.
