Too many digests

I found that the list was set to mail out a digest whenever the accumulated 
messages got up to 100K.  Unfortunately, its pretty stupid and counts the 
size of attachments even though it strips them off and substitutes a URL. 
So, I have increased this size so high that it should never get triggered 
and will be triggered once-a-day like we have always done in the past.
