While I appreciate your intervention attempt, know that I didn't plan on this to happen -- it just did.  And besides, this is not just about my happiness, it is about the GPZ's happiness as well.  If I'm not truly happy, then how could we possibly be happy together?

I mean, I appreciate how the bike waited faithfully for me during my year abroad, but things have changed now.  I'm a different person than I was before, and the GPZ is a different bike as well.  Let's face it -- the bike has let itself go a bit, don't you think?

I can't keep lying to myself, or to the GPZ, about the way I feel.  The bike deserves better, and for that matter, so do the Givis.  I'm only looking out for their best interest.
