I don't know how long before you'd expect to recover from your surgery, but I'd hold onto it until then too. If it'll be awhile, maybe you can lease/rent/loan her to a friend? Sell with an option to repurchase at same $$ when you're ready, yadda, yadda... Good luck & keep us posted, Rob in VT
