 A buddy has one and loves it. He had the the SV650 before it.. IIRC the 
first thing he did was put on a Russel saddle and highway bars. Doesn't seem 
to have any problem holding it at an idicated 85-90 on the highway and can 
wield it like a deadly weapon in the tight twisties..He is a small guy and I 
think he lowered the seat height.
 I also know of  a girl who toured Europe on one and liked it more the the 
DL1000 she owns in the states..
I haven't ridden one yet but from everything I've heard it could be my next 
bike when the Geeper craps out. I would want sumptin light as if you dump it 
on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere it should be easy to pick up..
 Steve you may remember Phil, he took a ride on one and said it was gutless 
and ended up with a Beemer GS, but he is the only person I've heard say 
negative thing about it.
